CASHS Homecoming Parade
Patriot employees, including the CASHS Student Branch employees, participated in the CASHS Homecoming Parade in October 2012!
Patriot was well represented at the CASHS Homecoming Parade. We proudly carried the Patriot Federal Credit Union banner in front of the truck provided by Jennings, tossed out chip clips from the back of the truck and our "parade route walkers" handed out Patriotic tattoos and chip clips.
Since this parade has not been held for several years we didn't know what to expect. WOW! Our uncertainties were put to rest as soon as we crossed over Stouffer Ave. The streets were lined with parade onlookers. We certainly showed our Patriot pride and had much fun!

In May, Patriot provided a $25,000 gift to the United Churches of the Chambersburg Area and to the Franklin County Veterans’ Memorial Park 9-11 Memorial Fund for the American flag pole at the Memorial Park.
"We are very pleased and, indeed, honored to provide this gift, symbolizing our love of country and community," said Peggy J. Bosma-LaMascus, Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Federal Credit Union. "Our Vision is 'Living the American Dream—Together', so what could possibly be a more appropriate recognition of the common heritage of Franklin County and Patriot Federal Credit Union than our sponsorship of America's flag at the memorial where we will commemorate love and appreciation for our country and those who have died for it. I am so grateful that I can stand here, freely and without fear, and say, God Bless America, land that I love!"
A sculpture memorializing the lives of those who died on September 11, 2001, and honoring our military was dedicated on Armed Forces Day, May 19, 2012, at the Franklin County Veterans' Memorial Park, next to the Letterkenny Chapel, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The 9-11 Memorial Sculpture features three steel beams from the World Trade Center on a 10-foot square clad base which will resemble the collapse of the buildings following the terrorist attacks on that horrific day.
